Registration/Judging/Staging Instructions

Gettysburg High School (Location #1 on Parade Route Map)

1130 Old Harrisburg Road

·        ALL departments/companies must arrive together in the order they wish to be shown in the parade. Once the apparatus is judged, they will be moved to a staging lot.  

·        A clean-up/detail area is indicated on the map. *Must bring your own supplies*

·        Apparatus will be placed in the parade line up on a 1^st come basis.  

·        Approximately 12 noon, all Apparatus will move to the parade line-up on the Biglerville Road  

·        All marching units will park at the Eisenhower School Location (Location #3 on Parade Route Map) and stage on Broadway (light blue area on Parade Route Map).

·        At the completion of the parade, apparatus that wishes to stay shall display their card in the windshield. * Once the primary lot is full*, apparatus will be directed to the overflow parking at the Gettysburg High School. All riding members shall dismount the apparatus at the end of the parade. Only Drivers will be shuttled back to the Gettysburg Fire Department.
