Gettysburg Fire Department honors the 343+ members of the FDNY who lost their lives on September 11th, 2001, along with those members that continue to perish due to the lingering effects of that day.
GFD members set out flags every year for those members who perished on that faithful day. This year is the 25th anniversary, so the flags were arranged in the numbers two five.
